Frequently Asked Questions

Air-conditioning installation can involve a dedicated electrical supply, wiring, protection devices and connection of the equipment to the property's electrical system. The exact requirements depend on the unit and existing setup.

Air-conditioning systems rely on electrical supply, controls and connected components to operate. Faults in these areas can interrupt operation even when the mechanical parts of the system are otherwise unchanged.

Servicing is useful when a system is not operating as expected or as part of ongoing upkeep. The service should focus on the condition of the equipment and any electrical issues affecting its operation.
